All personal watercraft such as stand up paddleboards, rafts, kayaks, canoes, belly boats, or any item that floats on Lake Estes is required to purchase a lake use permit. This pertains only to items exempt from Colorado Parks and Wildlife Aquatic Nuisance Species (ANS) inspection. One permit is required for each item.
